The alebrijes are sculptures native to Mexico that were born from a dream that Pedro Linares had. In his dream he had a "magical" encounter with these mythical and surreal people. After regaining consciousness, as a result, Pedro devoted his life to pay tribute to these characters who had saved his life in his time.

The beauty of the alebrijes lies in the complexity and authenticity of its elaboration. Not only because of its technique at sculptural level to create fantastic and fused animals, but for the richness of the art used in each piece, since there is a harmony in patterns, colors and movement that makes it very captivating and hypnotizing.
