Spirograph is a toy released on the market in 1967. Since then there have been many reeditions to this day.

These mechanical drawings are made with wheels with gears that guide the pen, everything rotates finally creating hypnotic figures. Everything revolves around something that in the end is nothing. Although these drawings are done mechanically, this does not exclude them from small irregularities, this fact gives them a freshness that we can not achieve by making these designs with the computer.

All this is what the artist Mary Wagner achieves with her large-format pieces. With machines that she does herself.
